Audra Terracotta Planter
Product Details

Meet Audra, who is always on the move - even when she’s sleeping. The rustic matte black of the terracotta planter comes from a process of smoking the planter with locally collected wood and twigs. Sometimes the process leaves traces of brown behind, which is completely natural and unique to that planter.

Pair Audra with Igor from this series, they make the best paradoxical pair and we love how they can inspire stories just being together.

As a result, each piece is bound is carry varying forms of dips and dimples, from piece to piece. The moulded and high-fired pots are then exposed to smoke for hours for its natural black colour. Some planters may carry traces of brown, which is completely natural and unique to each planter. They are entirely hand-illustrated, a process that takes many hours to complete, and therefore, there will be slight variations in its illustration from the image provided.
